Domitia ? – 150 A.D.

Wife of Domitian. Domitia was forced to marry Domitian early in his political career. She bore him a son who died in infancy and some time later Domitian had her sent away so that he could pursue a relationship with Domitilla, his own niece. However, Domitia was not forgotten and it wasn’t long before he had her recalled even though his liaison with Domitilla would continue. Domitia would find her revenge, however, when she was asked to become involved in the plot to depose him and she willingly participated in his assassination.
